Well, I'm indifferent. You put me on this site as a gooth goose, but sice then I've been working my ass off on my site. I guess it gave me motivation. I know it sucked really HARD when I first put it up, but hey, I was just starting out. So we all make mistakes, but I'm not as bad as some of the Geese on this site. I'm also not a goth, and I don't like labels. Oh and if you don't remember me, check out Vampirella, yeah, a shame, but it was me.

Hello Queenie, very nice to see that you have changed. Please remember that my site is not meant to hurt but to entertain and if somebody starts thinking about him-/herself it might be a success. Good luck for your future.

shouldnt do i mean i really want to become goth but i dont want to be a poser.

Hello RAIGNnHELL, if you don't want to become a goth why it is important to you not to be a poser? Well, if you are goth you listen to gothic (and other) music but if you listen to gothic music you are not automatically a goth.

heard that this page is run by a real goth, so I was wondering if you could
tell me do all goth people just hang around the punk scene and make it shity
or is that just the fake goths?

Well, I have never been into the punk scene and as far as I can estimate no real goth hangs out with the real punks since their taste in music is too different but I know some goths and punks who are friends nevertheless (and being a friend of someone should never have something to do with the taste of music at all)

As a new comer to the Goth Goose I whole heartedly support you and your never ending quest for finding the most "laughable" kids on the internet.
Supurb job on this week's goose, Satan's Whore. I have only one question, can a goose be nominated for 2 weeks straight!?
I know it seems crazy, but I have gone through your WHOLE archive and I think this girl takes the cake, she really deserves 2 weeks.
Hey, there's a first time for everything!
Thanks again,
Josh

Hi Josh, thank you very much for your support. Unfortunately the answer to your question is "no". A Goth Goose can't be nominated for two weeks. The reason why some people stay a Goth Goose longer than a week is that I had no time to update again during the following week because of other important things in my life (university, friends, gf and so on...)

like the character from..."eraserhead" am i right?
well..thank you mucho for the great laughs!!

Hi Jerri, thanks for your support. Well, my "homepage" which is linked from GGotW was only made to look cheesy because of the whole Goth Goose thing. Some things I say there are meant seriously but a lot of stuff is just pure shit to let me page look bad. And by the way, thanks for the comment about my photo. Recently I discovered your site--I really enjoy it! I check back every week
without fail. My only concern, and I wonder if it is one of yours too: are
you ever worried that you will run out of material? Surely someday these
amusing little loser kids will stop creating these pathetic websites because
they will be terrified of getting ripped on by such entities as Goth Goose
(or are there any others? You are probably in a class by yourself). I, for
one, have learned an important lesson from all of this, and that is I will
never post ANYTHING before asking myself "Would I get nominated by the Goth
Goose site for this?" If too many people share the same sense of paranoia,
you might find yourself hard-pressed for victims! And then scores of people
like myself will have nothing to look forward to!
Just wondering,
Denise

Hi Denise. Well, I have plenty of nominations in my mailbox so I think that I'm not going to run out of Goth Geese soon. Sometimes the choice is pretty difficult because not all nominations are premium king-size Goth Geese like Cryptie, Eurogoth or Straylight. Therefore people often think my site's quality would be going down but I can promise you: There are hundreds of nominations here on my harddisk. And regarding the important lesson :-) you've learned I think this is a very good decision. I always try to say that thinking before uploading is better (usually) but some morons who insult me will probably never understand this.

Hello,
After reading over a few of the more negative entries, I really do have to question whether any of the people who wrote such bile were actually in a clear state of mind. I honestly don't think that they were. Also, 'Nocturnal' has a serious fixation on the question mark, to the extent of making his/hers(I can't remember and honestly couldn't care) stupid comment senseless, and came out looking like an inept fool. Anyhow, I love the site, and I hope it's around for as long the internet is available.

Okay, I must say apparently I have been wrong about what a Goth is
all my life. I always did you think you people dressed in black, wore makeup
and tried to be "different" and while doing so being pathetically all alike.
But, since there is no way I can ever find out what a umm "true goth" (said
tongue-in-cheek) is, I must go by my uninformed prejudices. Well now that I
have stated the fact that I am totally ignorant of your whole "culture" I
must precede to say what is totally wrong with your site.
So you feel a need to insult those that you have decided don't belong
in your clique...interesting. Internal persecution is always fun, when done
intelligently and well. But you seem to lack that. You seem to think you
are humorous in a sarcastic way but I must break it to you, you aren't. Now
your site is bringing all of us down who do possess wit and can say a clever
insult. So...maybe you should just say how your site is just loaded with
unsubtle insults and stop the facade that you are assuming. One of your goth
gooses that I stumbled across was the self-nominated one. Umm, is the only
reason she not a goth because she likes Manson? Nice criteria...your a goth
if you don't like Manson. Hmm, maybe I am a goth then. *grin*
Well, no idea as to how far you are gonna read this, but maybe you
decided to finish it. As far as I have seen goth is really not a true way of
life, or have a reason for existing...quite the contrary. And if you really
plan to say some people are goth and others aren't, I suggest you be ready
for some severe cutback in numbers. I have yet to find a goth who doesn't
just want to be different and like black. And I have seen quite a
lot...maybe you should just write some rules down so you people could follow
it. Lol, and I especially liked how one 'true goth' wrote you, Antonis, and
then said how he doesn't have a pretentious nickname (I assume making fun of
your goth gooses that do). The ironical thing is you do. You people are
like Christians. Must always find something wrong in other people...even if
that other person is one of your own. Well, my said has been done. And
speaking for the rest of the population that can actually be original and
unique without having to fit into another group...get a life, get a belief
and get a mind while you are at it.
I was browsing some more through your letters and I found your whole
thing about paganism, wicca and respective religions being shyt. Ahh, your
ignorance is so not refreshing. *sigh* Why must you make an opinion about
something you know nothing?? These religions certainly are not for they
weak, they are for the strong. *sigh* That sounded extremely lame. But
anyways, they preach strength in self, and just put names to it like Gods and
magick. When in fact magick is seen as taking energy from yourself and the
environment and also using that large portion of the brain which people dont'
use, yet hasn't been lost in evolution. Which makes me believe it can be
used. It is not like other religions where science and logic must be thrown
out. It accepts that, rituals are a way to get past your concious mind and
get into that part yo don't use. And magick is only seen as something that
can help, not having the ability to turn people into frogs or what not...
Okay, please dont' show what an ignorant and close minded person you are.
Try to learn something before you speak, maybe you won't look like such a
fool to the sane part of the world.

Chan

Hi Chan, thank you very much for this interesting letter and that you tried not to insult me to hard but to find some decent kind of critique. Of course I do read every mail I get to its end and so do I when I check out the Goth Geese's homepages. Please forgive me when I do not answer to all of your statements but most of it has already been asked and said before and actually I do not think that you have seen the complete GGotW site. Besides I am not an ignorant or close minded person - I just like sarcasm. It is not my aim to change anything or anybody, I just like to make fun of "my" Goth Geese. They can be what they want but they have to accept or at least tolerate when people make fun of them, that's life and that's all. Thanks again because I really enjoyed reading your mail. It does not happen often that I get letters written in a sensible way.

Hi ya, just wanted to point this out.

Reading through the hate mails some people sent you i couldn't help
noticing in all of them something of the sort:
"... who are you to say what is goth and what isn't? AND WHAT IS
GOTH ANYWAY?"

Um, to me this sounds like "I have ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE what goth is
could you please tell me so that goths won't consider me a complete
moron anymore?" Or maybe "could you provide me with a new stereotype
to fill the echoing void in my head?". So pathetic.

Well, Straylight says he can't define goth. He's right. I can't
define it either. No one can because it's not just another cliche for
people like that to fit in. But here's a clue
(this page is about getting a clue anyway) :
Read through all the Goth Geeze reviews. Having done that you should
by now have formed an idea of what makes a Goth Goose (this implies
you think at least like a 10 year old). Well, GOTH IS NOT THAT!
That's should be a good start and you should thank Straylight for it.

Keep it up!
It's good to know you're out there...
Antonis
- i don't have a pretentious nickname, i guess i'm too thick to think of one :) -

P.S.: You wrote when reviewing Richard:
"32. I am not a net.goth, I am just a goth who happens to be on the net. There is a difference."
The difference is that you will never be recognized by a community like net.goth."
Well, Drake is a net.goth. I guess that no community is perfect.

Hi Antonis, thank you very much for your helping words. I also wonder why people always ask me what's goth although I have said more than one time I cannot define goth in a few sentences. Goth is more than music, more than clothes and more than certain attitudes. I can only say what goth is not. :-) And Drake is a net.goth? Damn, what a fatal choice for net.goth! Hehe.

greets! I stumbled upon your page....after shamelessly wasting several hours
going through the past index (and finding myself somewhere between hysterics
and repulsion)...I must say, this is one of the most amusing sites I have
ever come across. Your insightful sarcasm is extremely entertaining, and the
pics and webpages were...well...let's just say that they made me feel a bit
better about my own webpage! However, I think you misjudged Deadh0rror
(Natalie)...I have spoken to her many times, and, in my opinion, she is
neither a Monsonite nor a Goose. Other than that....great page, I'll be
eagerly awaiting next weeks goose!!

Thank you very much for your e-mail. Maybe I have been wrong with Deadh0rror but who cares? I do not really dislike my Goth Geese. You know, I just like to make fun of them for one week and then let them live their normal life again. When I saw her page I thought "why not?" and so she got her award. :-) I agree that I sometimes misjudge people like Sin Spelloom (we have become friends) or Goddess of Freak (who turned into a cool girl after she had been a Goth Goose) but what's wrong with it? And maybe it is pretty good that some of my Goth Geese do not really deserve it because it should make my decisions even better for the future (I hope *smile*).

marcus, i think i am going to hell for laughing so hard at your geese. but i
have a few, um, issues, so to speak....
why do you have marilyn manson lyrics on your page if you hate them so much?
also, you made fun of one guy for spelling magick with a "k". this has
actually become an accepted spelling of the word. it is used to
differentiate between pulling a rabbit out of a hat magic and wiccan magick.

hmm..... just thought i'd share.
care take, christina

Hi Christine, thank you very much for your letter. Well regarding my MM lyrics I have to make clear that I do not hate Marilyn Manson. Actually I like their albums very much. The only thing I dislike is the behaviour of the young Manson poseurs. Please read the first letter on my next mails page to find out what I think. To the the spelling of "magic" or "magick": I don't believe in anything which has to do with magic or magick so please let me make fun of it. Don't want to offend you but wicca, paganism and everything else sounds like the same old shit to me. Such things are for the weak (in my opinion) and my life consists of quarks, atoms and explanations for everything in this world.
